We had a great experience at CarSwap. We initially found a car we liked, but unfortunately someone else beat us to it. That wasn’t a problem for Austin, who worked with us and suggested another car that was even better for our needs. We shopped around and CarSwap had some of the most competitive prices I’ve seen. Great staff, the car was clean, and the whole sales process was smooth. Highly recommend!

Austin was great. I’m not the brightest on cars and am a prime target for any stealership. This is not one of them. Throughout the process, Austin told me what I needed to know, including direct answers on the tough questions/the cons. Strongly recommend this dealer as a first-time buyer.

Had the best customer service ever my salesman Austin was so honest and upfront about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. There hasn’t been this kind of service in the other dealerships I have been to they have been lies and scams but not car swap these are the real car guys. Thanks you for all your service. Car Swap in Tea SD is the best dealership to work with for finding a great vehicle. They have helped get me into two amazing vehicles. My first one lasted me years and still going good. Connor was very helpful and a great communicator during the entire online purchase process. No hidden fees and honest upfront pricing. They answered all my questions and made getting the car I wanted a fun and effortless experience. I flew to SD to pick up the car and they were ready for me to drive off the lot first thing in the morning. The car was as described, and detailed for me. They even walked me through the entire dealership, introducing me to the sevice staff.
